Ms Poh Hwee Tee manages Novartis Pharmaceuticals business operations in Singapore and Asia Emerging Countries of Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Maldives.

Hwee Tee has extensive experience and established track record in leading strategic planning, managing commercial operations and working with teams in diverse markets across Asia, Middle East and Africa. With more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, she has taken on different roles at country and regional levels, across different therapeutic areas.

Hwee Tee currently serves as the President of the Singapore Association of Pharmaceutical Industry (SAPI).

She is a firm believer in coaching people to be at their best and building collaborative team spirit to win together.
